St. Louis female-focused co-working space needed to build brand awareness, secure office leases, grow event attendance, and acquire paid memberships through membership marketing strategy. The new business owner enlisted experienced marketing support to ensure “if she built it, they would come.”


In 2015, co-working was a new concept in the St. Louis Area. This new business was facing the challenge of bringing a new product (co-working) to a new market as it was one of the first co-working spaces in St. Louis.


Membership Marketing Experience Crosses Industries

Our background in membership marketing allowed us to apply marketing best practice messaging like “free pass” or “take a tour” to drive prospective customers Into the space. We knew once we got them through the door they’d convert.

Event Attendance Drives Repeat Business

Driving attendance to monthly events through a focused social media and email strategy helped drive ancillary revenue for the business while creating an ongoing lead funnel for future office leases and memberships.


Through primarily an owned and earned media strategy, Fly Pages worked with the Founder of RISE Collaborative to educate female entrepreneurs and remote C-suite workers on the benefits of co-working while encouraging them to attend an event for free or tour the space.

With little budget for paid Initiatives, a combination of event cross-marketing, speaking engagements for the founder, social media campaigns, email campaigns and PR opportunities were leveraged to grow this start-up business to one of the leading co-working spaces in St. Louis. After expanding to Denver in 2018, RISE Collaborative became one of the many businesses that closed due to the impact of COVID restrictions.
