Michelle has spent over 20 years helping mid-market companies build marketing strategies that connect directly to sales goals. As Founder and President of Fly Pages, she sets the strategic direction of the agency and leads every new client relationship bringing a background in both B2B and B2C sales and marketing to every engagement.

VISION

She’s at her best when she’s helping leadership teams finally answer the question: “What is marketing actually doing for our business?” Her approach is data-driven, direct, and deeply invested in client success, and she has a track record of ROI that reflects it.

COMPETITIVENESS

Outside the office, Michelle is at her kids’ sporting events, cycling, cooking, gardening, and generally doing five things at once. If she had a superpower, she’d channel the mind control of Jean Grey and the magical abilities of Dr. Strange because one superpower was never going to be enough.

MARCY LARSON

Head of Delivery
FOCUS

Marcy is the person who makes sure great strategy actually becomes great execution. As Head of Delivery, she keeps clients and internal teams aligned turning plans into action with focus, follow-through, and the right questions at the right time.

DISCIPLINE

With an English degree from Colgate University and an MBA from UNC, Marcy brings big-picture thinking and practical discipline to every engagement. She’s the integrator who connects strategy, people, and process so nothing falls through the cracks and momentum never stalls.

CURIOSITY

Outside of work, Marcy trades her project management hat for a hockey helmet on the ice with her team, and loves exploring the world with her husband and three kids. If she had a superpower, it would be talking to animals, because she’s convinced her pets have a lot to say.

ERIN CASTELLANO

Strategic Account Lead
PERSPECTIVE

Erin brings something rare to the agency world: she’s spent years on the client side, including as a VP of Marketing, so she understands the pressures her clients face from the inside out. At Fly Pages, she partners closely with clients and internal teams to translate ambitious goals into smart, executable strategies.

EXCELLENCE

She has her degree in Communications from the University of Missouri and believes the most effective marketing happens when creativity, strategy, and human insight work together. Erin is equally comfortable in a boardroom setting the vision and in the weeds making sure it lands.

POSITIVITY

When she’s not at work, Erin is with her family: coaching, cheering from the sidelines, playing in the front yard, or settling in for a movie night. If she had a superpower, it would be the ability to be in multiple places at once because there’s always something worth showing up for.

BECKY DOLGENER

Account & SEO Strategist
SYNERGY

Becky has spent almost 30 years in communications, public relations, journalism, and marketing, and she brings all of it to the account leadership and SEO work she does for Fly Pages clients. She earned her degree in Communications from Tarleton State University and has built a career on the belief that data and words work best together.

RESULTS

She’s fascinated by what the numbers say and equally committed to finding the exact phrase that makes someone stop, read, and act. Her clients get brand visibility, and content that resonates with prospects.

ENCOURAGEMENT

Becky lives in Central Texas with her husband Russell. They have two young adult sons, and two needy inside dogs. If she had a superpower, it would be the ability to control time like Dr. Strange.

TAYLOR HAYES

Digital Strategist
EXPERTISE

Taylor brings a level of paid media experience to Fly Pages that most mid-market companies never get access to. Before joining the team, she managed national media budgets at the scale of $40-45MM for brands like Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Heinz Ketchup, and Claussen. She has led strategy across video, social, programmatic, print, and OOH at Starcom and Walmart Connect. She knows what rigorous, data-driven media planning looks like at the highest level, and she applies that same standard to every client she works with at Fly Pages.

STRATEGY

As Digital Strategist, Taylor is the bridge between business goals and digital execution, translating what a client is trying to accomplish into clear plans, measurable KPIs, and campaigns that actually move the needle. She’s equally comfortable in a client strategy session and in the performance data, and she holds both to a high bar.

THOUGHTFULNESS

Outside of work, Taylor is based in Baltimore with her husband and their beloved Australian shepherd, Murphy. When she’s not deep in the latest pop culture rabbit hole, you can find her baking, knitting, or taking long walks with Murphy. If she had a superpower, it would be mind reading – though her clients might argue she already has it.

SUSAN ROSS

Susan is the reason Fly Pages runs as smoothly as it does. With more than 20 years of experience in internal audit, IT, HR, and operations, she brings structure, clarity, and intentional process to everything she touches keeping the agency aligned and moving forward so the rest of the team can focus on client work.

GENIUS

Her detail-oriented, approachable style makes her the kind of person everyone relies on without always realizing how much they rely on her.

CREATIVITY

Outside work, she’s exploring cuisines from around the world, crafting, and hosting meals with family and friends. If Susan had a superpower, it would be instant organization — aligning people and projects with a single snap.

GENE SORIANO

Gene keeps the Fly Pages leadership team organized, prepared, and moving, handling the details that make everything else possible. She brings a background in graphic design and a creative problem-solving mindset to her role, along with years of experience supporting executives across the US, UK, and Australia.

She’s energized by the variety and pace of her work, and by the daily opportunity to learn something new.

OPTIMISM

Outside of the office, Gene is running marathons, riding bikes with her husband, and training her 10 pets. If she had a superpower, it would be the ability to create innovative technology that saves the world, Iron Man-style.

Fly Pages launched in 2010 as the digital arm of MARC Strategies, Inc. What started as a response to client demand for social media support quickly evolved into something bigger: a full-service digital marketing team built around strategy, accountability, and real results.

Over two decades, we’ve worked with companies in energy, technology, professional services, home services, fitness, travel, and more. The industries change but the mission doesn’t: help growth-oriented companies build a marketing engine that drives revenue and proves it.
